These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Miney, including the app, website, documentation, and related services. By using Miney, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Miney.

About Miney

Miney is a personal finance tracking app that helps you record, organize, and review income, expenses, transfers, accounts, categories, budgets, and reports.

Miney is a recordkeeping and planning tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or professional advice.

You may use Miney only if you are legally able to agree to these terms and if your use complies with applicable laws. If you use Miney on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Your account

Some features may require an account or sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information where required and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Your data

You retain ownership of the financial records and other content you enter into Miney.

You grant Miney the limited permission needed to process your data to provide, maintain, sync, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. This permission includes storing, transmitting, formatting, displaying, backing up, and processing your data as necessary for Miney features.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and reliability of the information you enter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Miney for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
Interfere with or disrupt Miney, its infrastructure, or other users.
Attempt to access data, accounts, systems, or networks without authorization.
Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works from Miney except where allowed by law.
Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or content that infringes the rights of others.
Use Miney in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Subscriptions and payments

Miney may offer free and paid features. If paid features are available, pricing, billing terms, renewal rules, cancellation options, and refund terms will be presented at the time of purchase or through the relevant app store, payment provider, or platform.

Where purchases are made through a third-party platform, that platform's payment terms may also apply.

Third-party services

Miney may integrate with or rely on third-party services for app distribution, hosting, synchronization, analytics, diagnostics, payments, or support. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual property

Miney, including its design, software, branding, documentation, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Miney or any related intellectual property to you. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Miney for personal or authorized internal use in accordance with these terms.

No professional advice

Miney may show budgets, charts, summaries, trends, and other financial information based on data you enter. These outputs are for informational purposes only.

You are responsible for decisions you make based on your records, budgets, reports, or summaries. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal decisions.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Miney useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms as Miney evolves. Continued use of Miney after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using Miney at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for Miney or other users, or used the service unlawfully or abusively.

Disclaimers

Miney is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these disclaimers may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Miney and its owners, developers, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim related to Miney will be limited to the amount you paid to use Miney in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Miney and its owners, developers, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Miney, your data, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
